My nutritionist/HGH doc has competed for 20+ years and says he prevents cramps & lethargy by eating 2 tablespoons of salt a day. Glad you notice the strength increase too w/ increased salt. Most people are not in tune w/ their bodies enough to realize the difference it makes.

Only time I decrease salt intake is when I feel like dropping a few lbs of water weight to appear more shredded/vascular for beach season.

I realized after watching so many 2 week pre contest prep cycles, that 1.5-2 gallons of water a day makes me retain less water and be less bloated. I'm on gear too so it's always important to pay attention to my hormone levels and get my blood tested every 3 months to see what's going on. As lifters though, blood tests will not reflect correctly to a doctor since the norm is to compare our results to sedentary males that don't lift. Being on gear and taking control of my own health makes me distrust doctors more than ever.

I never trust a doctor, especially since they are on a 3 years murder spree right now.

I know used to know someone who has benefited a lot from getting a low dose HGH from a clinic, but it was expensive. I've been thinking about getting on it, and could probably source it on black market. How is your experience so far?

My experience has been absolutely amazing. I tried a few from underground labs that were not dosed correctly and it is a very finicky substance as it is freeze dried and bacteristatic (?) has to be added very slowly since too much shaking or fast movements as a liquid can make hgh inert and ineffective. I went through a legit doc bc I travel a lot and wanted something in writing for customs just in case. These are the benefits I experience at 2iu daily and 4iu daily on lift days.

no recovery time needed (can lift for 4 hours +1 hour cardio, then drive to another gym and lift for 4 more hours) notice benefits about 10 days in improved sleep my fat deposits first in my love handles/obliques and hgh melts that away enlarged bones in hands (noticed after 4 months) so vastly improved grip strength seems to help do something with easy partitioning of macros, so perhaps in that sense comparable to low dose trenbolone helps collagen synthesis and has de aged my face quite a few years. Laugh lines and crows feet/sun damage completely gone even when I get to 8% bodyfat, my cheeks are puffy but hgh has chiseled my face a bit more

Here are the negatives. Higher doses than 4iu will cause brow bones to grow. Insane jaw and temple pumps when you eat. Imagine eating oatmeal and your jaw is too tired to chew. Now think of how much worse it will be when you eat a steak. The jaw pump will be insane at times and look like you have just got into a fight. They last for about an hour. Sucks if you eat 6x a day. The last negative is a few people get carpal tunnel syndrome from it. I get it about once a month, and sometimes bery painful to use a mouse or brush teeth, but can still lift.

Thanks for the info. If I ever decide to get on in I think I will stick to the lower doses.

That guy I knew that was using it was in his 50s and I was in my 20s, we often ran 12k or half marathons together for training and sometimes I would have a hard time keeping up with him. Not sure what does he was on.
