Great idea, mate. I never thought about mixing the corns but will try it when I make next trip to get groceries. I didn't even realize there is a green pepper corn though I do use the green jalapeno powder sometimes.

Yea, try it out, buy all 4 and mix and match - flavor profile of green peppercorns while similar to black is not as hot/ spicy with a bit more of a fruity note. as mentioned before i use more green and red (pink) probably 2-1 to black and white in my grinder. Good luck.

Awesome. Went grocery shopping after work today and found the White, a different black than what I normally get and the green. My store did not have the red peppercorns. Thanks for the tips. I'll use this blend on my Easter steaks

Yea, the red can be somewhat hit and miss to get in stores - i usually grab mine online when i cant find them otherwise.
