I have good news and bad news. The good news is that the mRNA should be destroyed by cooking, so this won't be an effective method to force GMOification on people.
The bad news is that mRNA drugs have virtually no oversight so there is literally nothing stopping them from using it to produce novel, computer generated prions or good old fashioned mad cow prions.
They'll likely do this primarily in more White, more conservative areas. Either way expect to see mass (100 million+) die offs in about five years.
