Some states mandated it as part of their vaccine schedule.
HPV is only a concern if their daughter is a whore or prostitute. States literally took the position that your daughters should be whores and prostitutes and to keep them safe from their whoring ways, this is mandatory.
Generally speaking, if HPV is a concern, their daughter is a whore.
I ask because I was singled out for a 3 round vaccine when I left the military and it was very debilitating. No complained endlessly about it and never could get the problems in my medical records.
Military is horrible 10 years ago.
