It's not the same at all. Eating a ketogenic diet forces you to feed your body nutrients that it can actually absorb and properly digest, the State of Affairs where you don't need to either *starve yourself or turn into a ham planet.
It turns out that you can apply your mathematical talents to things like engineering or Building Society when you stop worrying about how much poison you can digest before it hurts you.
Math, reading comprehension, and critical thinking aren't your strong suits, are they?
Explain to me how you can obey the formula I wrote on a 2,000 calorie/day diet and not be on a ketogenic diet (or starve to death).
The entire point is to overweight fat and protein and underweight carbs/sugar/alcohol. You can still count calories, but you have to count the carb/sugar/alcohol calories as having a higher weight than fat/protein with a ceiling on daily calories/day. The end result is the same.
You seem to live beneath a delusion that counting calories is of any value at all to anybody. It is literally worthless. If you eat a proper human diet, then your natural instincts that govern the desire for food and the healthy outcome of proper satiety will regulate your Weight and Body composition.
Why don't you tell me what calories provide to a person whose Instinct for eating operates properly?
