I’ll take arthritis bumps and pain, thank you very much. It is an inflammatory condition, so I’ll continue to practice a diet to combat it, as well as a physical routine to slow it. Personally, I take great pride in the aging process. Gray hair, wrinkles, arthritis, and all.

Take pride in it if you want, or hate it, or have tantrums over it, growing old is reality. Too many people deny it or try to fight against it. Look at Madonna with her wooden face. When I hear about old men taking little blue pills so they can pretend to fuck cheerleaders, I just shake my head. It's pathetic.
