Sadly I have to admit I use Almond "milk" on cereal. Yeah I know that is processed crap but Cracklin' Oat Bran is pretty fucking good. I still go for Honey Nut Cheerios too.

Just use cows milk. Raw is you can get it.

It is so much safer.
