The name "cancer" is attributed to Hippocrates (460-370 BC). It existed long before vaccines.

This is not to say that vaccines cannot be a carcinogen. But then again, diesel fuel is a carcinogen. The world is trying to eat you in much the same way you art trying to eat it.

I'm far from "pro vax", but the bigger issue is that the toxic chemicals in our lives.

I've got this picture of my grandfather as a young man. He is spraying apple orchards with this (now banned) pesticide. Completely covered in a cloud of poison. Now, his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren all have chronic respiratory issues. No one in our family history had these respiratory issues before then.
