The two most important electrolytes in your body are not low priority. I’m going to go out on a limb and say you are deficient in both sodium and potassium. Why don’t you pick up some salt-lite and mix half a tablespoon into some warm water with a lime. Drink that in the morning and watch your life improve. Aim for 5 grams of each per day.

I never add salt to anything. I stay as low sodium to avoid hypertension.
