I im good physical shape, I enjoy running three times a week and weight training so I'm not fat. I only eat twice a day, in the mid-morning and then early afternoon. I just keep shoveling the food down and I'm always filled with indigestion and I feel bloated because of it. I think I lack severe willpower just to pull back and not add that extra portion. Anyone have any ideas on how to calm my cravings down?

Best thing is to cut out most carbs, especially sugar. Sugar fuels the cravings. Make sure you eat enough healthy fats too. That should help satiate you.

Another thing to think about is your gut. You have receptors in your intestine that signal your brain to tell it you are full. If those receptors are impaired, then the signals might not happen. Gluten might impair those signals, so if you can eliminate it (hard, I know), it may help you. Probiotics may help improve the situation too.

Yep sugar is pretty much all my breakfast. Now I just got to figure out how to get healthy fats that I can keep in a cooler and or things that won't go bad. I don't have a refrigerator.
