I im good physical shape, I enjoy running three times a week and weight training so I'm not fat. I only eat twice a day, in the mid-morning and then early afternoon. I just keep shoveling the food down and I'm always filled with indigestion and I feel bloated because of it. I think I lack severe willpower just to pull back and not add that extra portion. Anyone have any ideas on how to calm my cravings down?

Okay that's what I'll do. I still have to finish off the food I can't waste food but I'm going to reduce my bread intake by 90%. Same with my cereals that should slow the urges down. Are there any beans I could add to my breakfast? Also how many eggs do you think? I ate three right now, I used to do four but it's too expensive to do four.

90% won’t cut it for this to work, unfortunately. If your body intakes any grains or sugars at all, that is what it will use for energy first, leaving you craving more food before/during your next meal. You have to deplete those glucose reserves completely to get your body to convert to fat/protein energy. Staying below 20g of complex carbohydrates per 24 hour period will maintain this state, but for context, one bowl of a low-sugar cereal with milk, such as total or corn flakes, has around 30g of carbohydrates. Something sugary like Froot Loops will be in the 50g range. One bottle of coca cola has 65g. Consuming just one of these per day will keep your body craving that fast substance-less energy indefinitely.

Eat eggs, cheese, meat, butter, green veggies. As much as you want, honestly, because eventually you won’t want more than you need. Nuts and beans can be okay in moderation. Limit fruits, sweets, other dairy, starchy vegetables like corn or potatoes, and bread to basically none. It may feel like you could never give those things up, and your body will be screaming at you to eat something starchy the first couple days, but you can curb those cravings with something like pork rinds if you have to (also a substitute for breading in fried foods), Parmesan or cauliflower chips are also good to trick your brain into thinking you’re eating grains.

But I promise, by the third day dinner time will come around and you’ll be asking yourself if you really even want to eat at all, nevermind wanting to stuff your face

In the past couple of days since I put out this post I've reduced my cereal to one bowl and my bread to one piece. And I don't have the feeling of indigestion. I have it a little bit but nowhere near like it was. Boy I wish I could return the cereal that I bought, LOL. I probably have three boxes of the family size cereal that I just picked up.
