I love breakfast food, and ate a good light breakfast everyday when I was off work for Covid. Haven’t been able to get the schedule working to wake up early enough. Should leave for work around 7:45, 8 at the latest. So that puts waking up before 6 so I can develop an appetite…
I don’t drink soda/ tea or sweets, but godam do I like sauces, and they’re all sugary. Beer battered fish with tartar or remolaude hits the fuckin spot. Even healthier pork or chicken, marinades are way bad. Gotta get back to my “polack” diet: pork, cabbage and a few perogies
I eat a lot of greens and a couple of eggs. It's just the damn cereal, i pile the cereal in.
What kinda greens for breakfast? Yea I haven’t eaten cereal in years. Loved it as a kid. Don’t drink milk, so sugar grain in milk is not appealing.
I do have 12oz of milk maybe once a month, when I get lasagna or some other red sauce hot food for lunch.
Green cabbage, lettuce, spinach and baby greens. It's the Spring Mix you get at Walmart. I put a handful of it in my eggs in the morning.
