I didn't need to watch her videos on Sauna Health Benefits because I reviewed the literature myself and determined that there is not definitive evidence for either hot sauna treatment and cold soaking treatments besides placebo. For every study that shows a positive benefit, there's an equally strong study that shows no benefit.
Only do it if it adds routine to your life and helps you keep a routine fitness schedule. You're far far better off doing cardio, eating well, keeping stress low in your life (as much as possible), and sleeping 7 to 8 hours a night.
