what i dont understand is how does heavy metals get into the chocolate at all? cadmium shouldn't just be in there. fyi heavy metals are not easily removed from the body and does accumulate.

i will just eat meat. fuck everything else.

jews add them intentionally.

If the ions are present in the soil (or fertilizer), plants can uptake and store / utilize them as they do with the required macro & micro nutrients.

Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate, my favorite! 60% Cacao for the win!

Nice to know that they think it's edible since I've been eating it forever.

Not that I trust Consumer Reports about anything since I figured out that they were corrupt about 20 years ago.

Ghirardelli cocoa mix is dynamite for everything chocolate. Makes killer shakes and puddings- yummy stuff.

96% Cad 61% lead

That's not edible. The DRV are way higher than they should be, that 96% should be like 300%.

The study also tested brands like Ghirardelli dark chocolate and Taza Chocolate, concluding that their levels of the heavy metals were low enough to make them safer choices.

In the Report, they only mention 2 varieties of Ghirardelli

Ghirardelli Intense Dark Chocolate 86% Cacao LEAD 36% CADMIUM 39%

and Ghirardelli Intense Dark Chocolate Twilight Delight 72% Cacao LEAD 61% CADMIUM 96%

I find it odd Consumer Reports has the lower 72% Cacao version with more metals than the higher 86% Cacao version. Swapped numbers?

I buy the big bags of Ghirardelli 60% Cacao (not included in this report) bittersweet baking chips , cheaper than the bars per pound and easier to meter out without breaking bars and get chocolate shards everywhere. The 72% bars taste good too, a little more bitter/less sweet.

Just the cheaper brands, I see. Get Valhrona or Santander if you want good stuff

I eat chocolate once a month, at the most. I used to eat dark chocolate but it made me restless (the caffeine).

And the jew talks with a forked tongue: lead and cadmium in your chocolate bad but don't worry about it, eat as much as you want.

I'm done with chocolate I guess. I wonder if coffee beans are also contaminated.

probably get more lead from the piston engine planes and choppers (which are still using leaded gas) than from any chocolate

probably

fallacy of relative privation

You're a cuck.
