I'm sure porn addiction would help with sperm production except in severe cases where he can't get it up or finish in real life.

Doctors in the late 90s were already talking about how some people can't get off unless it's to a anime cartoon.

The elephant in the room is the vax shot. People are now seeking out help getting pregnant and they wonder why.
