Exactly right. My parent just died from it. No one told us that, EVER. On a shit ton of meds. All bullshit. I've done a ton of research on this now and know what to do.
I'll share it with you if you want
I mean, only just learning about the brain in particular and sugar (though it's no surprise and I should have known), I've known of the deleterious effects of sugar for decades.
Well there's actions you can take -- that your doctor won't tell you about. Simple things too. I've started a protocol.
I'm going to do it, yes you are right, gonna do it if it kills me (almost no pun intended). Glad to hear it.
A pretty sad world where most of us learn the hard way, after the facts, from others' mistakes, sigh.
If it's particularly about how sugar affects the brain yes if you would just send me maybe one, or two, of the best pieces.
So glad to hear about you learning about this (I'm only just starting) and how sad about your parent, it's truly amazing the ignorance and stupidity and the intentional gross negligence everywhere.
I'm so angry at the incompetence of the medical community and sibling who took charge. Needless death.
I'll give you a list in a bit.... look for the DM
I'm heading out shortly, thanks so much, will check it out tonight.
