This is a re-post of information for those who may not have seen it:

A new study (actually a review of many studies) concludes that people with a Vitamin D3 blood level of greater than 50 ng/ML [25(OH)D3] have almost a ZERO risk of dying from COVID.

How to Achieve Optimal D3 Levels

Historically, the level of Vitamin D3 recommended by the experts ranges from 400 IU to 2,000 IU a day, which falls far short of getting you to the 50 ng/ml level you need. This video explains why the "experts" are wrong (too low) and how to calibrate it for yourself. This doctor recommends 10,000 IUs a day for a healthy person. (Higher amounts may be needed if you have a compromised immune system, insulin resistance or genetic mutations.) It's a must watch.

This doctor says he targets 60 - 80 ng/ML blood level and once tested and determined a patient is low, prescribes 10,000 IU a day until the desired level is achieved, which will likely take weeks. Once achieved, the doctor adjusts the level to 4K-6K daily and retests to ensure optimal level is maintained. Watch here:

Unsure what level of supplements to take? The safest way to determine if you need to increase your Vitamin D3 intake is to get a simple blood test from your doctor (or you can order a home test online).

IMPORTANT: You need to add Vitamin K2 when taking high dose Vitamin D3 -- it prevents calcification in your arteries and soft tissue.

Note: Vitamin D3 is fat soluable so it's best to take it with a meal or fats to ensure absorption

I step in to point out that vitamins can be toxic in high doses. It won't do you much good to stave off Covid if you kill your own liver.

It's very very difficult to do that with Vitamin D. You would need to take an entire bottle over many days to accomplish that.

When in doubt get tested before you start the protocol and then retest after 4-6 weeks and adjust accordingly

Keep in mind you will need to take 100 mcg of K2 for every 10K of Vitamin D. Vitamin D mobilizes calcium in blood and will stay in the blood and soft tissues unless there is enough K2 to move it into your bones
