Jim Wendlers 5/3/1 - that's all you need to know.
This time next year you better check in with 20 pound+ of muscle.
Is this kind of like a starting strength plan? I'm still using the same 2/3/4/5 and it's getting stale to me. OHP/bench/squat/deadlift. Numbers are plate counts.
I never did Starting Strength, before 5/3/1 I used to do Stronglifts 5x5 (It was meh, wouldn't recommend).
5/3/1 are rep counts.
OHP/bench/squat/deadlift
That's basically 5/3/1, but it has a great app and the main lift doesn't take away much time from your workout, so it leaves more space for extra work, or if you are not feeling up to a long workout, just do 15 min of main lift and you are done.
I'd say this article explains it well: https://physiqz.com/workout-routines/powerlifting-programs/wendler-531-workout/
I'm doing a 4 day Boring But Big split with some custom accessory exercises.
If you want to know more ask away.
Great article. That explains it pretty well. I've been cheating as of late due to a couple spinal surgeries I couldn't seem to recover from but I think even with tren/mast/dbol/test stack I have hit a plateau. I have added 14 kg of lean muscle and kept it on, but can't seem to get bigger.
After I get back from vacation in a weeks I will start your program. Much appreciated mate.
