Coming off my Thanksgiving fast, while at the grocery getting chicken thighs they had Wagyu for $27 a pound [I'm sure it's Australian Wagyu and not Japanese A5 as that would be 20x the price easy... if it could be found] Sea-salted it and letting it dry brine for tomorrow's feast!

Soaking the chicken in buttermilk for 2 hours, then I'll mix some seasoning with flour and cornstarch and put it on the grill! I have all the root veggies my parents made for me on T-Day that have been waiting too.
