If the left says it is bad, then it is good. Like fatty meat. Fat is used for brain food. Meat is required to repair muscle, etc. Life spans should be increasing much faster (actually, I think we are going down at the moment) than the historic rate. The DS and the puppet masters have been doing everything possible to slow or reverse that trend.

Evidently one third of the body's cholesterol is found in the brain - it's what makes up the brain's fatty tissue - cholesterol. So anything that restricts, prevents or lowers cholesterol, ie the pharma poison known as Statins et al, is actually extremely detrimental, long term, to the individual esp the elderly to help offset overall brain cognition decline/ Alzheimer's/ dementia etc.

I read an article about how being overweight (BMI range) in your 60's decreases risk of neuron-degenerative disorders. Apparently there is a fat present in WHOLE cow's milk that the brain readily accepts as an alternative to carbs. This fat has been known to be important to human development as it is found in breast milk, and has been synthetically available in formulas for decades. There are studies underway to supplement this fat to "type three diabetics". Hopefully the results are promising.

I switched my home over to whole milk and whole milk products, hubby lost weight. I'm not surprised anymore.

Yes, almost like whatever the establishment advocates for (esp against a natural/ organic source) is verifiably detrimental to one's long term health and wellbeing. At the start of the holo-cov , i began a daily regime of high dose vitamins/ nutrients/ antioxidents free radical scavengers etc, i also cut out all processed sugar/ packet foods/ takeaways/ soda etc and switched to organic grass fed meats/ butters/ pure dripping and drink lots of cold filtered water and organic green tea etc, believe it or not i lost some 24 kgs at last count (2 days ago) zero exercise (except for a daily yoga like stretching routine, some sit ups, crunches and a press ups - im old lol).

Still a work in progress but i dropped 6-7 assorted prescription tablets (3 blood pressure/ statin/ mild aniexty/ and a terrible ssri) everything has improved - clear mind - not feeling apathetic/ stressed or slow and bloated etc blood pressure dropped and stabilized. - Doctor hates me - well he should - he continually pushed me to get jabbed and wanted me to sign up for paxlovid - i politely declined both etc - Just a big pharma pusher.

Anyways, old school is best with a view to taking on board new understanding of actual legitimate research/ knowledge etc. Peace.

Cholesterol is an essential nutrient. If you’re not getting enough of it in your diet your body has to produce its own and that is sub‐optimal.

The idea that dietary cholesterol is harmful is laughable. You can consume too much of anything, but your body is fine taking the dietary cholesterol it needs and discarding the rest.

Another thing to watch out for with cholesterol is that the common test for the level in your blood is flawed. It tests for the easily detectable kind and estimates the other kind based on that. When it’s wrong it can tell you you have a high level of bad cholesterol even though you’re fine.

Stay the hell away from statins.

I was told years ago by a doc after a test that I have high cholesterol and "it's serous". I felt fine and was healthy so I just ignored it and kept eating loads of eggs, fatty meat and organ meat, lard, cheese and butter while avoiding sugar and flour. Of course I also ate vegetables and fruit, but didn't go crazy with them.

Still healthy and still feeling great.

Grey matter in the brain is cholesterol!

Those cholesterol drugs are linked to dementia also.
