Realistically the majority of psychoactive meds are for mild depression, anxiety, or attention deficient disorders so really you'd just have tens of millions of people that are just miserable to be around and only a few hundred schizos who can see esoteric numerology to bring down the cult of moloch.
Mild anxiety? These are people who are afraid to go to the grocery store or make a live telephone call to a stranger. They have an imaginary world where they're victims of all kinds of oppression and discrimination.
