Carbs don't contain insulin, your pancreas produces insulin

Yes, and only when you eat carbs. Without carbs there's not enough insulin to initiate triglyceride storage in adipose tissue. Biology. How does it work?

If you burn 3000 calories a day and eat 3000 calories of mostly carbs, you'll use those carbs and store zero as fat.

The difference between the two is when you don't burn 3000 calories with activity. The carbs will deposit as fat and the fat/protein will not.

and the fat/protein will not.

False.

Hate to break it to to you buddy, but there are dozens of randomized clinical trials that probe you wrong. If you have an alternative hypothesis about the mechanism of fat deposition that's independent of insulin signaling, let's hear it and see the evidence for it.

you can eat 1 trillion calories in fat and protein and not gain a single pound or adipose tissue

Fuck off faggot.
