the fat in the hamburger satiate you...

Excuse me? Fat ha low satiation. Protein is highest so it's not the fat. ROFL jewgle is claiming carbs have highest satiation. Of the 3 macros - carbs, proteins, fats - you don't need a single carb in your diet. Ever.

Protein induces prolonged ghrelin suppression and is considered to be the most satiating macronutrient. Fat, on the other hand, exhibits rather weak and insufficient ghrelin-suppressing capacity.

Except it's a lot harder than just eating no carbs and eating very few calories every day if you want to lose weight. I mean if you eat nothing but tiny bites of hamburger all day and make sure you eat no more than 500 calories a day and you take some multivitamins you're going to find you don't get hungry the fat in the hamburgers satiate you and you get all the nutrients you need while you drop pounds at an incredibly fast rate. Without losing muscle by the way.

If you eat 500cals / day as an adult male you will lose an insane amount of muscle regardless of if you were or weren't fat prior. The reason is because muscle is an active tissue, the body doesn't want to keep a tissue it needs to feed to keep around when all 500cals it gets are given to the organs. It will then be required by thermodynamics to digest the muscle in your body. The fat isn't active so while it will get digested to make up differences for critical caloric needs there's going to be a fuckton of noncritical needs that you burn by simply moving and existing. That is unless you're in a coma and move actually zero and are literally a pile of organs. To keep muscle and only burn fat you while not being comatose you need to eat barely below your TDEE cal rate. There are half a dozen various accepted formula for calculating TDEE.
