Generally: healthier diet (cut the sugars, eat more meat/animal fats), walk bare-foot more often, and keep good foot hygiene - thoroughly dry your feet.

Yeah sounds about right. I don't have fungus but my big toenails are a little haggard. Doctor told me to change my socks 3x a day.

My toes are a bit fungally but I think that's also in part because I've changed footwear from always sports shoes to walking boots and I wasn't drying my feet properly so the boots didn't give as much airflow as the sports shoes.
