Baffled me for a long time, wondering what the hell was going on. Then one day while I was going through it, I forced myself into the shower for some reason and discovered that the symptoms stopped. Happened again, shower thing worked again. Then I searched around for why a hot shower would fix severe nausea. Learned about CHS. Stopped using it, the issue goes away. It's real, no doubt.
