You're gonna have to go at least 12 hours to get any benefit at all, and 14 - 16 hours more likely. If you want to trigger autophagy you need to do 48 hours or more. It's not so hard if you're already keto adapted.

You're 100% right. The time between dinner and breakfast is usually around 12 hours or more. I can testify from first hand knowledge, that even fasting 12 hours, does wonders for your health. Though any time you give your digestive system a break from food, even if its less than 12 hours, your body will thank you. And there should always be a 5 hour gap between meals when you can manage that.
