I think you lost some context, the question is whether the DNA integrated into a woman's genetic code in microchimerism from getting a load of spum in the cooter, will be germline code, will her daughter's eggs have that DNA from a random hook up?

No, you've misunderstood the studies. It's fetal DNA that can cross the mother's blood-brain barrier; any male DNA present in a woman's brain came from a fetus. They're studying fetus to mother microchimerism via the presence of male DNA as a proxy indicator.

Quoting abstract from the paper linked above: "In this study, we quantified male DNA in the human female brain as a marker for microchimerism of fetal origin..."

So if some masochistic slut is getting pregnant (far enough along to carry a fetus) repeatedly with different men, she might have a variety of male DNA cobwebs in the attic. Otherwise I'd be more concerned about herpes (which increases risk of dementia/Alzheimer's later in life) and other STIs.
