Shawn Baker has an HB1AC of 6.3 - which means his hemoglobin glyciation is in the "pre-diabetic" danger zone. You get that from HIGH glucose.

But, look at the insulin serum level - incredibly low. This means he has amazing sensitivity to Insulin.

Ergo, from eating only animals he has everything he needs for performance athleticism. He is over 50 and kicking ass hard.

Yeah, but when paired with insulin sensitivity, we are looking at a wildly different outcome.

Try not to change the subject - you claimed that carbs were _necessary_ for output. Here is compelling evidence to the contrary. If you want to debate the merits of his lifestyle WRT metabolic syndrome, go bug him directly.

I am trying to establish is that his body is doing exactly what I suggested: manufacturing all the glucose he could possibly need.

Also, this blood-work was from 5 years ago, and he hasn't developed type-2 since then.

Here is YouTube channel. He has insta, Patreon, etc. IDK when he last posted tests. I think it would be nifty if he kept posting them.

He has been setting records in his age group, and he continues to be a serious athelete. Kinda amazing.
