I used to brush 2 to 3 times per day, Went to the dentist regularly. In total I have had 4 teeth go to hell and get pulled out. I switched to brushing once a day about 8 or 10 years ago and have not had any teeth go bad since then.

I stopped brushing with fluoride toxic shit and switched to essential oils and hydroxyapatite. My teeth are much healthier now.

I bought two different brands of that toothpaste and they both seem effective.

I make my own. Much cheaper.

Buy bulk myrrh, manuka, almond, peppermint, clove bud, and cinnamon oil.

Use a small amount of manuka and myrrh, and larger amounts of clove, cinnamon, peppermint and almond oil.

The hydroxyapatite should be from ground bones, not the nano bullshit. You leave that on overnight. It re-mineralizes your teeth.

So...how many teeth do you have?

A water flosser with a brush attachment FTW. Add some non-fluoride, non-alcohol mouthwash or a small amount of hydrogen peroxide and very well dissolved baking soda instead. Stop eating sugar and use a water flosser daily and your teeth will have nearly no issues. Your gums will also become much healthier which improves your overall oral health significantly. It takes a little while to get used to using a water flosser, but it is definitely the best thing you can do for your teeth, gums and breath.

Twice a day….I suck at flossing though.

That is too many times.

2, Morning and night. Very rarely will I brush them only once a day or not not at all. I like to use hydrogen peroxide when I brush to make it extra foamy and clean out any bacteria.

Be careful using h2o2 if you have mercury fillings.
