In response to the conversation here about cutting out sugar: https://poal.co/s/TellPoal/542983, I found this video with Dr. Lustig. What I find intersting about him is just how he keeps on making the case that sugar is poison.

That has been a critical change in my mental frame with respect to sugar as of late. Everyone talks about sugar and starches using very rounded language that is designed to keep the speakers out of controversy because their careers depend on it. He is actually going out and just saying it.

I thought some here might find this interesting in the above context.
