Cholesterol is great. your body needs it.. if you dont eat it your body will produce it, if you eat it your body will not need to produce it.
if you eat grains, starches ,and sugars your body has a lot of inflammation , which damages the walls of the arteries . Cholesterol patches those, but if you keep eating shitty foods than more patches are needed on top on patches.. then you get a heart attack
