I need to start stretching more often. The other day I stretched to hard to quickly and somehow cranked my neck. Necks finally getting better but I definitely will be more careful stretching everyday from now on. Any good suggestions on how, when and why stretching is good for you?

I'd suggest sleeping on a more uncomfortable bed.

You need to toss and turn during the night. If your bed is too comfortable, you will lay in one position while you sleep, and this is problematic.

The muscles will tighten and you will be chronically sore.

My bed has springs that poke and prod my back. I am always moving around, shifting positions in my sleep. I work a very physical job, and I am never sore.

I sleep on my couch most of the time. I used to work construction and I miss it honestly. Now I'm much less active because I've been doing Notary Signing Agent work so no more being active doing construction. I'm thinking about getting back into construction and doing NSA work during down time. I need a gym membership and routine but it's hard making time. I don't even know anymore but I'll just keep moving forward. Thanks for the advice you are a good guy Ted.
