I need to start stretching more often. The other day I stretched to hard to quickly and somehow cranked my neck. Necks finally getting better but I definitely will be more careful stretching everyday from now on. Any good suggestions on how, when and why stretching is good for you?

I've been at it about a year. dropped my NSAID intake by over 60%; lost 30 pounds; can move like im 20 again (of course movement comes with the added weight loss, but i wont look a gift horse in the mouth). DDPY gets progressively harder too; makes me look forward to it.

That's awesome and I did goat yoga a while back. It was fun and so many beautiful women. I'll definitely look into DDPY. Thanks again

You were not bullshitting I just checked out his website. I used to watch wrestling back when DDP was wrestling so it was cool seeing him. His program got some obese 47 year old that was injured and needed crutches so he could walk in what looks like much better shape 'he was sprinting at the end'. He looked better and younger as well as happy at the end of his transformation. Never would I have thought those two would be the same person not even a year a part. Absolutely mindblowing the transformation that guy made.
