I do agree. Your comment makes me consider that common use during formative years would be even more damaging by adding the extra layer of social disfunction. I was mainly curious about the atrophy or lack of development in the pre frontal cortex. I could see where missing the critical window of social development during adolescence coupled with the brain damage may make this an irreversible development.
