It's from too much sugar.
yes sugar.. also carbs / starches are also converted into sugars
Yes.
so will it eventually lower if sugar is avoided?
Yes, a good diet can reverse heart disease and other problems, diabetes.

no sugar no grain diet. look up Vinnie Tortorich
eat more cholesterol your body will make less. eat less cholesterol your body will make more. its a essential thing your body needs. the bad is that if your body is inflamed, your blood vessels get damaged and the cholesterol is used to help patch it.. and you keep eating a shitty diet more and more patches = clogged arteries
Exactly. Inflammation is, apparently, the cause of so many diseases. And what causes inflammation? Too many carbs.
also western medicine will tell you no way to remove the build up that is there.. which is bullshit. Mostly because not many people can go from a shitty diet and stay on a cleaner diet of meat, dairy, veggie.. with no sugars no grain, no starches
Yes, extremely difficult to do but necessary for good health. HELP. Lol.
Pomegranate Found To Prevent Coronary Artery Disease Progression
How to Clean Your Arteries With One Simple Fruit

The future of cardiovascular disease prevention and treatment will not be found in your medicine cabinet, rather in your kitchen cupboard or in your back yard growing on a tree
A study published in the journal Atherosclerosis confirms that pomegranate extract may prevent and/or reverse the primary pathology associated with cardiac mortality: the progressive thickening of the coronary arteries caused by the accumulation of fatty materials known as atherosclerosis.i
The study consisted of nineteen patients, 5 women and 14 men, aged 65-75, non-smokers. They were randomized to receive either pomegranate juice or placebo. Ten patients were in the pomegranate juice treatment group and 9 patients that did not consume pomegranate juice were in the control group. Both groups were matched with similar blood lipid and glucose concentrations, blood pressure, and with similar medication regimens which consisted of blood-pressure lowering (e.g. ACE inhibitors, β-blockers, or calcium channel blockers) and lipid lowering drugs (e.g. statins).
The ten patients in the treatment group group received 8.11 ounces (240 ml) of pomegranate juice per day, for a period of 1 year, and five out of them agreed to continue for up to 3 years.
"The mean intima media thickness the left and right common carotid arteries in severe carotid artery stenosis patients that consumed pomegranate juice for up to 1 year was reduced after 3, 6, 9 and 12 months of pomegranate juice consumption by 13%, 22%, 26% and 35%, respectively, in comparison to baseline values."
You can only imagine what would happen if a pharmaceutical drug was shown to reverse plaque build up in the carotid arteries by 13% in just 3 months! This drug would be lauded the life-saving miracle drug, and not only would be promoted and sold successfully as a multi-billion dollar blockbuster, but discussion would inevitably follow as to why it should be mandated.
While these results are impressive, if not altogether groundbreaking for the field of cardiology, they may be even better than revealed in the stated therapeutic outcomes above

In addition to what others have said, I would add that you find a way to eliminate chlorine from your diet. Specifically in your drinking water. There are quite a few studies linking high cholesterol, heart disease, and clogged arteries with chlorinated water. My wife had extremely high cholesterol when we had chlorinated water and didn't know it was a risk factor. Twenty years ago we moved to where we currently live and began drinking water from the well that is on the property, and is in no way chlorinated. Within a very short period of time we saw her cholesterol come down to a safe level without making any other changes. Also as others have mentioned, watch your sugar intake.
good to know thanks.
I would add aerobic exercise to all of these great lists. Think of activity that raises your heart rate and breathing, but less strenuous than a cardio workout. An elliptical on low setting. Prolonged periods of slightly faster than a walk. It could be labor, exercise, playing, or walking your dog quickly. Realize that if the person is in bad shape we don't want to bring on a heart attack so start out slow and stay slow for months until the heart strengthens and the arteries hopefully regain elasticity to accommodate the pump.

Sedentary lifestyle is the worst for us along with the carbs, sugars, and preservatives. FDA, food producers, and jews rend poison out of worthless byproducts and convince you to pay them for their soy cottonseed oils. Then we pay a dothead at the mayo clinic for Pfizer prescriptions and food pyramid diet plans.
Cholesterol no idea. But K-vitamin might be able to remove Calcium from arteries.
It's largely genetic. If you are prone to cholesterol buildup there's not much you can do to stop it. Changing your diet can help somewhat. Staying thin helps -- it doesn't get rid of the cholesterol but it reduces the burden on your heart. Light, regular exercise is good.
Cut out vegetable oils. Many studies shows it’s the cause , eat natural fats like lard. I’ve been on this for years, my blood work shows me getting younger every year.
ya i'm learning about vegetable oils now. totally terrible for us. thanks.
cool. thank you
Ideally eat pasture raised pork And make your own lard. It’s a molecularlydifferent fat, with optimum omega 3-6 balance just like salmon. Hard to find though… the grain or feed fed pork isn’t as healthy, and ideally you want a heritage breed (black with hair) and not a commodity pink or spotted pig.
Eat chicken or fish, broccoli and get exercise. Lobster is great, too, if you can afford it.
No red meat... or only occasionally... no soft cheeses.
No sugar. No alcohol. No carbs... well almost no carbs. Certainly, no processed carbs, if you can help it.
No alcohol, whatsoever.
Lose belly fat.
If it's really high, get on some medication while you take care of the rest.
Atorvastatin (Lipitor)
Fluvastatin (Lescol)
Lovastatin.
Pitavastatin (Livalo)
Pravastatin (Pravachol)
Rosuvastatin calcium (Crestor)
Simvastatin (Zocor)
yes, no eating red meat, goyim! And take a statin drug too. It's for your own good, goy!
Yeah, fuck off with that shit.
Lobster, tilapia, chicken result in less cholesterol than red meat.
Your body needs cholesterol to repair cells. You need to reduce inflammation and you need the nutrients found in red meat more than what chicken or fish will give you. You should eat your red meat with a proportional amount of the fat that comes from that animal in order to utilize the nutrients best. Notice the kikes never tell you to eat less chicken, tilapia or lobster. They only tell you not to eat red meat. Think about that.
eat meat, long chain oils, cut unnatural sugars, no carbs, exercise more, avoid democrats
