The salt is fine (assuming that we're talking about sea salt). Those damn sugars spike insulin levels in your body and make weight loss very damn difficult (it can be done eating only 7-11 foods, but they have fuck all for nutrition and so many calories that you wouldn't eat vey much before hitting your calorie max for the day, and being hungry for the rest of the day).
Spend 30 days eating only steak with good amounts of fat on it, add salt for flavoring. You'll get the shits for a few days as your body purges the crap, but after that, watch as your hunger vanishes along with a bunch of weight. You will change your body from using glucose as fuel and storing fat, to not having to deal with glucose and using fat as fuel. This is why they want us off of meat so badly. Only fat people keep their profits of junk food high.
Good advice. Add lots of green veggies too your meal of steak and you are good to go. Hunger vanishes after several days.
