Does this help clarify why people are getting fat on fast food? Corn is not only inflamatory, your body quickly converts it to glucose. The tissue samples in fast food restaurant showed it was 93% derrived from corn -- because farmers are relying on cheap corn to feed their cattle. And it's universal.

Organic, grass fed, etc is all marketing bull crap. It's not healthier. They just slap a organic label on it. They still spray with pesticides, but "organic" pesticides. The dose makes the poison.

Yes, cattle naturally feeds on grass, but guess what they do to the grass those cows eat? You don't know. Grass is more likely to be contaminated by runoff versus grain. It's all politics and marketing to deceive people. Food manufacturing is a business and people will lie and deceive to get you to buy their overpriced food using scare tactics, flawed studies, etc.

You must be getting your beef from those NYC pastures.

From what I hear, American beef is pretty good compared to the rest of the world. The chicken in America is lousy. That's why no American would ever eat raw chicken much less rare chicken. That would be a very bad idea.
