You want to know why the US has an obesity epidemic? Look at these stats:

  • Each US person consumes 126.5 grams of sugar a day (equivalent to 2.5 full sized candy bars)
  • In 2011, per person sugar consumption per year was an average of 150 lbs, up from 17.5 lbs in 1915
  • Fructose consumption has almost doubled from 37 grams a day to 62.5 grams since the 1970s
  • For the top consumers of sugar, it comprises 40% of their diet
  • Obese individuals cost 42% more in healthcare each year
  • In 2018, Obesity related illnesses were 21% of healthcare expenditures (this doesn't include related illnesses such as cancer, which has a direct connection to increased cancer rates)
  • The number of fast food restaurants doubled from 1970 to 2010

In a 5 year time span, the US consumption of sodas increased at an alarming 41% from 1989 to 1994

Take niggers out of the stats and what does it look like?

You might be onto something. But I commonly see morbidly obese whites, and especially women.

There's 10 orca fat female nigger for every white around here. It's rare to see a negro under 25 that isn't extremely fat.

And Mexicans. There are some really chubby Mexicans in the US. Lucky for them they do hard manual labor every day of their lives, or they'd be as fat as Americans.

They drink coke like its water. Go through a couple of 2Ls a day. Even for a 5 person family that's a bit much.

sugar and wheat

Neither of which are in my diet. Pretty much all quality locally raised meat, vegetables, and some dairy.

I realized something last night. The human body doesn't need sugar. Not at all, not even a trace of it. We need salt -- we'd eventually die if we didn't get salt in our diet -- but we could go our whole natural lifetimes without a grain of sugar. Starches are converted into sugar in our bodies. We basically make our own sugar, so we don't need concentrated sugar as a separate food.

Correct. Your body can burn Protein, Fat and Ketones as fuel (glucose). One of the reasons most people don't know this is that there is a bunch of disinfo out there. I found a site called Science Insider promoting sugar as a health food. It's owned by a member of the World Economic Forum and Jeff Bezos.

I wonder if this includes hfcs or regular sugar. I'm betting hfcs is the key reason we have all this fatness. From pictures, there weren't many fats in the 70s.

High fructose does contribute to this number. But the over all sugar intake is much higher since the 1970s. Dramatic increase in the consumption of sugary beverages accounts for 35% of sugar intake. Hidden sugars in packaged and fast foods account for 49%.

sugar is sugar is sugar.. your liver that processes it doesnt care what flavor. Your dumb monkey brain cant tell either

I used to think that, but I am betting kikes created hfcs to specifically be worse than sugar and cause all these problems. They have medical discoveries they will never share with the masses.
