49% of sugar consumed is hidden in foods, plus 35% from sugary drinks and 16% from desserts/sweets. It's sugar that's causing the obesity.

I have far too much sugar, but I work 15 hour days in manual labour type work, so I'm still fit.

Lucky you! Most people can't burn that much off each day. People are addicted to package and fast food, which is so unhealthy for you.
