This is a great video that explains the obesity epidemic in the US -- primarily from packaged foods.

@ 16:50 - Sugared beverages account for 35% of sugar in our diet; desserts/sweets account for 16%, and 49% in other hidden sources

@ 18:00 Bottom line: Our society has become obese. Social Security only works if you have healthy young adults contributing. If they become sick, the entire system collapses.

Man I cringe when I pass a large black man or woman (especially if they be on a scooter) in the store.

Looking in their cart, oh my goodness. Packaged everything.

I once used to get Vicodin from a woman in negro town.

There I said it.

And this woman whom I will call Clara, because that's her real name, one day said to me that Larry (big negro friend of hers that I knew as well), his wife (whom I will call Patricia because that is her real name who was also, like, real big, you feel me?), walked in the house and Larry was dead sitting up in his chair.

Then later I went to see Clara and I said how's Patricia (Patricia always had a big coca cola in her hand) and Clara (again, her real name), said well she died. Man alive.

Anybody follow this story?

Clara never looked too dang good herself and BTW her husband Melvo (or something like that) was big too and played the bass guitar and why am I telling you this?

Want any more stories cause I got a lot.

Of course they all smoked. Also I used to get them Jumbo Jacks.

OMG! I have the same reaction! When I see a morbidly obese person I don't feel sorry for them, I feel disgusted. Take control of your life and stop being a victim.

I have one relative like this and it pisses me off. No matter what info you give them, they eat all the junk and then complain about the illnesses. I finally said to this person 'you know you will die in 5 years , right'? That woke them up a bit -- but we will see if it lasts.

>they eat all the junk and then complain about the illnesses

That's what's so crazy. And nowadays ignorance is no excuse, the pertinent knowledge and facts are everywhere.

Agreed. Info is power. People need to take control of their health. The data is out there. And you can get virtually any recipe on the net you want for free!

Eat meat. Preferably fatty meat. I’m on my fourth year of the carnivore diet.

Yeah, he's great.

I began to freak out recently seeing several new clips about Alzheimer's being nothing more than 'brain diabetes.'

White sugar (and other forms) are so so bad. Even the Bible says don't eat too much honey, and honey is a real food.

Straight orange juice, apple juice, is bad. God made fruits to be eaten WITH the other parts. Whole.

I've known these things for decades, however, "people are more in need of being reminded than informed."

Thanks for the reminder. About how bad I've been doing lately. You feel me? Kidding.

I'm getting old.

I'm getting a coke from the fridge.

Help.

I've been a sugar addict myself -- and have completely changed things because of the illness that runs in my family (after I researched it). It's UFB that the medical industry is THIS corrupt. They don't treat the root cause of illnesses, they treat the symptoms. I've yet to have a great experience there. Best to research it yourself and make changes -- and find a doctor who practices holistic medicine -- or at least understands nutrition.

Did you see this post I made yesterday? I discovered that the WEF is behind pushing "sugar as a health food."

Yeah where's the alarm from the media about food caused illness. Just muh Covid. Disgusting.

Didn't see your other post no, I'll check it out.

Social Security only works if you have healthy young adults contributing. If they become sick, the entire system collapses.

It also only works if people don't all work until they are 70 in the jobs that younger people need to be able to buy a home and raise a family.

Edit: but fuck how much sugar is in everything.

Inflation and the dollar collapse is about to ruin everything.

They want you sick. It's on purpose. Healthcare is the biggest drain on the economy. Sugar is key to the control.

Check out this post I made yesterday. I discovered that a crony of Klaus Scwab and member of the World Economic Forum has a firm that is promoting Sugar as health food. That's not an accident. And it's scary because it looks credible:

Wow, amazing.

>Ultimately, sugar is part of a balanced diet.

Yeah, it darn sure is, and you get all you need just by eating whole foods. SMH.
