Over the past five months, I've been regularly taking vitamins specifically to boost the immune system, like Vitamin C, D, zinc, and quercetin. While I definitely get sick less often, and it doesn't last as long, I've noticed that I have a lot more sexual endurance. Now I've also been working out regularly, but I still eat and drink a lot of crap.

I know it sounds like an advertisement for quercetin and other immune boosting vitamins, but I'm genuinely curious if anyone else thinks there could be a link. It could be a lot of other factors, perhaps just because I do more cardio workouts.

Crappy vaudeville jokes aside, zinc is a pretty major player in the health and potency of sperm in men, and being nutritionally deficient can kill your sex drive, full stop. Improved cardio also enhances your endurance and “blood flow” as well.

Yeah, I figured the cardio was helping at least a little bit. Thanks, I didn't know about the zinc thing, and it's entirely possible I wasn't getting enough in my diet because I eat like crap.

Yes, i shot jizz across the room for a month after the zinc, quercent c thing. Started eating thc and cbd gummies.. now a dribble. Haha
