I don’t think that’s as good for us as you think, but it’s much better than overeating the sugar based diet so many are fed today.
The biggest thing causing obesity now is overeating. The sugar based foods contribute to that because the short term energy boost from sugar, and subsequent crash, create a physiological dependence on constant influx of more to maintain the same energy levels.
That said, the fat heavy diet is still too much food. We all need to simply eat less. Eat more fruits and veggies. Eat less carbs. And … I could be wrong here, but eat less red meat. I think there’s enough circumstantial evidence to suggest that there are long term implications of eating a steak every day.
True, but if that was your first meal of the day and you then went out into the fields and worked until the sunset before your next meal, then it absolutely was good for you. But, if its just first breakfast followed by second breakfast then lunch, supper, dinner, and snacks in between, then it isn't good for you.
Very true.
The thing that keeps me on the fence about diet in general is another controversial topic around here: evolution. I buy into it, and think that, if it’s true, our bodies were likely optimized for another diet. Of course the demands of our body have changes as well, but ….
That’s what led me into the “caveman” diet. What did my ancestors eat for thousands of years? That is what evolution taught us. However, in the modern world where everything is available at all times moderation is the key with any diet you choose, whether it’s vegan, carnivore, or anything in between. Eating too much is bad. There is a reason why gluttony and sloth are up there in the major sins, lol!
When you do fat heavy food you stop eating, sometimes for days. You just aren't hungry.
Add in a few grams of sugar and viola, hungry again in a few hrs.

That’s a very important distinction. People today eat that heavy breakfast…then repeat it for dinner. Then again the next day. And the next.
But they also eat toast and oatmeal and cereal and drink juice with that breakfast. It’s very difficult to overeat if you aren’t eating sugars or grains… you just get and stay way too full
You are wrong.
Firstly sugar is plant and plant is sugar.
It's the plant based diets killing us.
Secondly you cannot over eat fat. Fat is extremely filling
Two plant types that matter.
That we cannot digest. Bark and leaves otherwise known as fibre. We do not need fibre. May as well eat dirt sprinkled with suppliments.
That which we can digest and it's all bad. Low in usable nutrients high in negative outcomes.
Avocado and some nuts are the exceptions but it's easier to say it's all bad
I'm bracing myself for the vegan version of the "based nigger" argument.
Plant is sugar and sugar is plant and we don't need sugar
Eat your sugar just don't base a diet off that shit.
Eat meat
