Wow, in 1991, every state had less than 9% severe obesity. What changed? The push to eat more whole grains (doused with Roundup) and reliance on fast food.

Bad food and bad jobs. Companies sent jobs elsewhere and every company in the US doubled the work load on each employee, increasing their stress.

Agreed, obese is def over 50% of population. However, severely obese is much higher BMI.
