Not just sugar. Also refined seeds wheat etc. It's the fructose from the sugar & from the fruit. Watch the vid.
Polyunsaturated fats =industrial age fats=any oils labeled as vegetable fats(from seeds)= toxic.
Saturated fats = good.
Refined seeds into flour, ALL of them = bad
All these things act to form hormone imbalance with insulin as the Primary trigger of all.
Doc mentions that there's no difference between HFCS & sugar: they both contain roughly % 50/50 fructose/glucose.
Fructose is ALL stored as inflationary Fat Cells saturated with Macrophages.
Glucose is the healthy form, utilized by all cells. Still need to limit the intake of it though.
