Doc mentions that there's no difference between HFCS & sugar: they both contain roughly % 50/50 fructose/glucose.
Fructose is ALL stored as inflationary Fat Cells saturated with Macrophages.
Glucose is the healthy form, utilized by all cells. Still need to limit the intake of it though.
