So if three sigma is 10% over baseline we are running at 40% over baseline we are in a 9-sigma human death event for OneAmerica Indiana customers!? There is no possibility of a naturally occuring +9sigma death rate continuing for six months. Is that right!?
830 deaths per 100,000 per year is a baseline from . These are for 2012 - 2016 which are the latest five years I can get.
40% increase over 830 is 1,162 per 100,000 dead per year. Let me restate this:
