It can't impact your libido or testosterone as all it's doing is cauterizing the path semen travels. The immediate effects will be modest swelling and discomfort for a few days. You should refrain from vigorous lower body exercise for a couple weeks, but should be able to continue upper body exercise like curls within a week.

Long term you're looking at little to no undesired side effects since it's a pretty minor surgery.
