You need to stop eating at restaurants, learn to cook, look up recipes, plan out your meals in advance, and keep track of what you are putting into your body.

Last thing is that diet is only half the issue, but we can cover the other parts later, I'm just going to say that you should start with stretching, then go into aerobics to get up your endurance, and limit the amount of time you spend around screens like the the you are reading this on right now.

You say that like it's easy. Getting rid of bad habits is hard. It can be a long road. Trying to do all at once is bound for failure. But I agree with you, we must tend towards the good habits you described
