Yesterday I posted a link to a study that showed that people who have a Vitamin D3 level of greater than 50 ng/ML [25(OH)D3] in their blood have almost a ZERO risk of dying from COVID (read it here: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8541492/)

People who read my post had questions about how much vitamin D3 to take to achieve this level. The level recommended by the experts ranges from 400 IU to 2,000 IU a day, which falls short of getting you to the 50 ng/ml level you need. This video explains why the "experts" are wrong (too low) and how to calibrate it for yourself. This doctor recommends 10,000 IUs a day for a healthy person. It's a must watch.

This doctor says he targets 60 - 80 ng/ML blood level and once tested and determined a patient is low, prescribes 10,000 IU a day until the desired level is achieved, which will likely take weeks. Watch here:

Still unsure what level of supplements to take? The safest way to determine if you need to increase your Vitamin D3 intake is to get a simple blood test from your doctor (or you can order a home test online).

Are you a vet? I can’t tell, you say no disrespect to vets, then talk about sliming yourself in diesel and you still have your hat.

Sun overexposure got me, I’ve maybe had one sunburn but I worked outdoors a lot when I was younger, then the military and now when doing yard work fully covered. I may as well get a burka it’s probably cooler.

The dermatologist just said that spot just got too much sun, oh well hopefully the rest of my body didn’t

I did 2 years conscription and 2 'camps', you call them 'tours', in the SADF. I was young, stupid and didnt care about sunburn, none of us did. I guess some suffered later. I responded to your post in typical Poal fashion = honest personal opinion. I am not 'making light' of your post cousin, I could go off on a million SPF 50 jokes, I wont. Hope all your dermo issues are OK, strength to you.

Yeah I’m fine, others aren’t. I still don’t wear spf most of the time. I go out early and covered up to do yard work, I can’t stand sun screen.

When I’m out or on vacation doing stupid shit my GF has found dry spf for me which is like a deodorant you roll on and isn’t sticky or greasy.

I can take that it was poal fashion instead of usual vet fashion.
