Everybody over 30 will have lost 100% of their entire immune capability (for viruses and certain cancers) within 6 months. 30-50 year olds will have lost it by Christmas. These people will then effectively have full blown acquired immunodeficiency syndrome and destroy the NHS.
Full blown aids isn’t zero immune system, it’s once it’s decreased to 200 cd4 cells from 500-1200.
You do realize if true they’ll be dropping dead well before Christmas. At 60-80% they’d start developing weird cancers and opportunistic infections that would kill them. Below that they wouldn’t be able to even go out without catching something and having it become severe.
Nobody would reach zero unless they were the bubble boy.
Think of people with blood cancers, at 20 to 39% loss of the immune system they get major infections and is the main way they’re diagnosed.

I don’t believe it will drop to zero, it will be lowered enough to give tptb cover for the weird shit people are getting sick from and doctors aren’t going to run an aids panel to check full immune status. They’re probably not even allowed like everything else they’re not allowed to do anymore or face being fired.
Whaddya know, pharmaceutical companies have a huge regimen of pricey drugs to help people live with chronic autoimmune disorders!
